We’ve appeared in TWO magazine this week.

We hosted a dating night for Love It magazine because the Gravy is a great place for a first date – romantic and candlelight.

And we have a four page spread in OK! magazine with This Morning’s Coleen Nolan and Matt Johnson.  Check it out for recipes from some our best selling dishes.

NEW Year Resolutions…

For those looking for an healthy January to detox after the excess of the festive period there’s plenty of tasty treats on the menu.  Why not pop in for a warming bowl of soup or a superfood salad, packed with detox packed foods like brocolli, alfalfa sprouts and beetroot.  Wash it down with loose leaf green tea courtesy of tea pigs.  And for those who want to indulge, we are adding extra toppings options to our burger and will be testing out some new wines (well a little bit of what you like does you good after all).

A Meaty 255grammes

WE’VE been working closely with our meat supplier for the past year to bring the best quality meat we can to The Laughing Gravy.

255grammes of steakAfter a year, we have decided to up the size of our menu favourite, the rib-eye steak.
It’s now a meaty 255grammes.  And to compliment it, we have added a Lincolnshire rump steak.

Having just tucked into one for lunch with a portion of seasonal greens, it can be confirmed that it is equally as tasty, bursting with strong meaty flavours.

Of course a portion of hand-cut triple cooked chips or our new truffle chips would have gone down well.

DECEMBER is nearly upon us…

DECEMBER is nearly upon us and it’s time to turn our thoughts to Christmas.

We still have a few bookings available and Friday, December 16 lunchtime has just come free.

So now it’s time think about downloading a Bing Crosby album and working out what Christmas decorations to put up.

Garlands around the piano?  Christmas tree in the bar?  Suggestions gladly welcome.

Rich Pickings

We’ve had a delivery of crab apples from Devon thanks to a loyal customer and our head chef has been out picking berries in Gloucester.  Keep an eye on our menus to see what dishes we can produce with them.
